Free Shipping

All orders ship free, worldwide, on every product we carry. The shipping cost is already included in our product prices, so what you see at checkout is what you pay — $0 for shipping, always.

Processing Time

Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment as soon as they're placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information or have questions about where your order is, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're always happy to help if a package is returned to us as undeliverable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While the vast majority of orders arrive without issue, occasional delays can happen once a package is in the carrier's hands. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected or tracking hasn't updated, reach out to us and we'll help track it down.
