Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? No problem. Here's a simple, step-by-step look at how returns and exchanges work at Vareno Milano.

1. Check You're Within the Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Please note that items marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged, and jewelry is a final sale category — it's not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Email Us

Send us a note at varenomilano@gmail.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to send back — and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

3. Send It Back

We'll confirm your return is eligible and walk you through the next steps. Returns are free — we don't charge you for return shipping on eligible items.

4. We'll Take It From There

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method, or ship out your exchange as soon as we can. We'll email you along the way so you always know where things stand.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color instead of a refund? Just let us know in your email and we'll do our best to get it to you, based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
